Our Cancellation Policy :
We sincerely hope that you do not need to cancel your stay with us.
- If you wish to cancel your booking within four weeks of your arrival date we will not refund your deposit unless we let the accommodation to someone else.
- Any amount you are entitled to be refunded will be issued by bank transfer or cheque.
- This policy is necessary as we are a small business. We would sometimes find it difficult to re-let a room at short notice. However, if we are able to let your room for the same duration then no charges will be made.
- We recommend that you have valid travel insurance to cover yourselves against sickness and accident.
Arrival and departure
Guests normally arrive between 4pm – 7pm (but we are generally quite flexible so contact us if necessary). It would be helpful to know what time you expect to be here. A mobile contact number is also useful.
Checkout is by 10.30am.
Please note: Our minimum stay is usually 2 nights in high season, and 3 nights on bank holiday weekends.
Sorry no pets other than guide dogs and strictly no smoking.
